This page is dedicated to a book entitled 'Kayak' by William Nealy, an animated manual of intermediate and advanced whitewater technique (for Kayaks!). It is a fabulous book but one of the only things that I couldn't quite get to work was the flip-animation because of the age of the book (I read it secon-hand) so I have set-up this page for all those who also haven't had the chance to see this animation in all its' glory. The animation was originally pain-stakingly hand-drawn by the illustrator (William Nealy himself), showing a kayak roll played out in the anger of white water (and rocks!). To inspire others to go and buy the book I too have pain-stakingly reproduced the flip-animation for you here (eyes-right). And I have plugged the book (below) for anyone that wants to inprove, or better understand their white water kayak technique. You really should read this book.
